Halara Flex™ Denim uses a knit construction combining cotton, polyester, and elastane. This creates a lightweight, breathable fabric with four-way stretch, up to 2x sideways and 1.5x vertically, that looks like classic denim but feels like activewear.

Machine wash cold with like colors. Halara Flex™ Denim gets softer with each wash. Avoid high heat when drying to preserve color and elasticity. Tumble dry low or hang to dry. 

Halara starts from the very first thread, fabric is developed in-house using customer feedback from the Halara Circle. The result is a stretch denim that's designed specifically for comfort and everyday wearability rather than just adding elastane to a rigid base. 

The key factor is fabric construction. Traditional woven denim has almost no stretch, which restricts movement and becomes uncomfortable after long wear. Stretch denim or knit-construction denim like Halara's Flex™ Denim uses a blend of fibers including elastane to deliver four-way stretch alongside the visual authenticity of classic denim. For all-day comfort and mobility, look for denim with at least 2 to 3 percent elastane and a knit rather than woven base.
