ENTERING OR WINNING REQUIRES NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND. WINNING CHANCE IS NOT INCREASED BY PURCHASING. SKILL CONTEST. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

ELIGIBILITY.

The "#YourMovesYourWay" challenge  ("Giveaway") is exclusively available to individuals aged 18 years (or otherwise legal age of majority required by your local laws) or older, legally residing in the United States, including Puerto Rico and the District of Columbia, as well as Canada, with the exception of Quebec. Any individuals who fall under the category of employees or directors of US DFS Inc. (hereinafter referred to as "Sponsor"), or any of its parents, subsidiaries, and affiliates, including advertising, promotion, or production agencies, along with their respective immediate family members and individuals living in the same household, collectively referred to as the "Giveaway Entities," are not eligible to participate in this Giveaway. Void where prohibited. All applicable federal, state, and local laws apply.

GIVEAWAY PERIOD.

The Contest is scheduled to commence on May 15, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") and conclude on June 26, 2026 at 23:59 ET (“Giveaway Period”).

HOW TO ENTER.

Entrants must fulfill these requirements to be deemed eligible entries to the Giveaway:

To participate in the Giveaway, you must have access to the Internet and have a public Instagram or TikTok account. During the Giveaway Period:

1. Create an original Instagram Reels (Stories are not eligible) or TikTok video that features you wearing Yoga apparel in two (2) or more distinct life scenes (e.g., morning stretch at home, coffee run, walking a dog, office break). The content must showcase a relaxed and ease state of being.

1. In the most creative or fun scene featured in your video, strike and recreate the specific yoga pose depicted in the official Giveaway announcement image.

1. Include the hashtags #YourMovesYourWay and #Halara, tag @halara_official, and tag two (2) friends in the caption of your post.
2. There is no limit to the number of Entries per Entrant, provided each Entry is a unique and original video.

*Videos created in collaboration or affiliation with Halara or US DFS Inc. prior to this Giveaway are ineligible for Entry.

PRIZES.

Grand Prize: Three (3) eligible Entrants will win a Grand Prize based on the judging criteria outlined in the "Winner Selection" section below. Each Grand Prize winner will receive a 500 USD Halara Gift Card.

Weekly Prizes: During each full week of the Giveaway Period, five (5) eligible Entrants will be randomly selected from all eligible entries submitted during that specific week (measured from Monday 00:00 ET to Sunday 23:59 ET) that have completed all entry steps. Each selected winner will receive a 50 USD Halara Gift Card. An Entrant is eligible to win only one (1) Weekly Prize during the Giveaway Period, but a Weekly Prize winner remains eligible to win a Grand Prize.

An eligible Entrant may win both a Weekly Prize and a Grand Prize.

The submission provided at the time of entry may be referred to hereafter as the "Submission". By successfully completing the steps above to completion, and subject to the Entry Requirements and Entry Content Restrictions detailed herein, you will receive one (1) entry in the Giveaway ("Entry"). The terms Submission and Entry may be used interchangeably hereafter. Each individual submitting an Entry may be referred to as an "Entrant". The Entry provided by each Entrant will be governed at all times by Giveaway Official Rules.

VIDEO REQUIREMENTS. 

1. To enter the Giveaway, please make sure to include the hashtags #YourMovesYourWay and #Halara, tag @halara_official, and tag two (2) friends in your caption.

1. The video must showcase you wearing Yoga apparel in two (2) or more distinct life scenes (e.g., morning stretch at home, coffee run, walking a dog, office break), with the designated yoga pose (as depicted in the official Giveaway announcement image) recreated in the most creative or fun scene, and must convey a relaxed and ease state.

The Video must: (a) be the exclusive original work of the Entrant; (b) be in keeping with the Sponsor's image; (c) not defame or invade publicity rights or privacy of any person, living or deceased, or otherwise infringe upon the rights of any person or entity, including but not limited to copyright, trademark, privacy or publicity; (d) not contain any commercial/corporate advertising, including but not limited to corporate logos, brand names, and slogans other than the Sponsor's; (e) not depict any conduct or content that is unsafe, immoral, obscene or otherwise inappropriate as determined by Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion; (f) not be unlawful, in violation of or contrary to any applicable federal, state, or local laws and regulations; and (g) not have been submitted in any other Giveaway or won any prize.

Each Entrant represents and warrants that he/she has obtained permission from any and all recognizable persons other than the Entrant depicted or mentioned in a Video and agrees, upon request, to furnish written proof of such permission. Failure to meet any of the requirements above, or to otherwise comply with these Official Rules, may result in disqualification.

ENTRY CONTENT RESTRICTIONS.

Entry in the Giveaway in no way authorizes Entrants to use the Sponsor's Intellectual Property ("Halara IP"). Halara IP includes without limitation patents, copyrights, trade secrets, designs, trademarks (including service marks), trade dress and other similar intellectual property that may exist anywhere in the world, whether registered or unregistered, and all applications and registrations with respect to any of the foregoing. Entrants are prohibited from using any Halara IP in urls, on websites, or for any other use. All rights reserved.

Failure of any Entry to comply with the above Entry Requirements and Entry Content Restrictions, as determined by Sponsor, in its sole discretion, may result in disqualification of Entrant. Without limitation, Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any Entry that, in its sole opinion, refers, depicts or in any way reflects negatively upon the Sponsor, the Giveaway or any other person or entity, does not comply with these Giveaway Rules or if Sponsor receives notification about any potential infringements or breaches of law or any other reason set forth herein. Entries must be suitable for presentation in a public forum, in sole determination of Sponsor.

WARRANTIES AND PERMISSIONS.

By participating in this Giveaway, you represent and warrant that the Video you submit is an original work created by you, and that you have obtained all necessary third-party releases, if applicable. Additionally, you certify that you are the sole owner of all copyrights and related rights to the Video.

By entering the Giveaway, you acknowledge and agree that Sponsor (and anyone authorized to act on its behalf, including parents and subsidiaries) may copy, reproduce, edit, broadcast, publish, and otherwise use your Video in any manner for promotional and advertising purposes, whether currently existing or later discovered, worldwide, in perpetuity. This includes, but is not limited to, posting your Video online on Sponsor's (or any of its parents' or subsidiaries') websites, mobile applications, or social media pages. You acknowledge that you will not receive any compensation for such use unless Sponsor decides otherwise.

You agree to indemnify and hold Sponsor (and any of its parents or subsidiaries) harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising out of or relating to any breach or alleged breach of the representations, warranties, and agreements made by you in connection with this Giveaway.

PUBLICITY RIGHTS.

By participating in the Giveaway and/or accepting any prize, the winner shall be deemed to have granted consent for the use of their name, likeness, voice, opinions, statements, biographical information, and/or hometown and state for promotional or advertising purposes in any media, worldwide, either known or developed in the future, for an indefinite period, without any further review, notification, payment, or consideration. Such consent shall be interpreted and enforced in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Giveaway is held, and any restrictions imposed by applicable law shall be deemed to be incorporated herein.

WINNER SELECTION.

Winners will be selected by the judging panel of Sponsor ( “Panel”).

Grand Prize:

On or about the first week of July 2026, all eligible Entries will be evaluated by the judging panel of Sponsor ("Panel") using the following criteria: (1) Creativity of Scene Setup (50%); and (2) Total Engagement (50%). Engagement is defined as the sum of likes, comments, and shares/reposts on the Entry post as of June 26, 2026 at 23:59 ET. The Panel will select three (3) eligible winners for the Grand Prize. The Panel's decisions are final and binding.

Weekly Prizes:
During the Giveaway Period, five (5) eligible winners will be randomly selected each week from all eligible entries submitted during that specific week's period (Monday 00:00 ET through Sunday 23:59 ET) that have completed all entry steps. The random drawing will take place weekly, and the Panel's decisions are final and binding.

WINNER NOTIFICATION.

Weekly Prize winners will be notified every Friday during the Giveaway Period via a direct message ("DM") from the official @halara_official Instagram account to the account used for entry. Grand Prize winners will be notified within one (1) week after the Giveaway Period ends via a DM from the official @halara_official Instagram account and will be publicly announced in the comment section of the official Giveaway announcement post. We cannot be held liable for any winner notification that is lost, intercepted, or not received by a potential winner for any reason. If you are chosen as a winner and fail to respond to our notification within seven (7) days, you may be disqualified, and an alternate winner will be selected.

If you are selected as a winner, you will be required to sign an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release, and a Publicity Release (where legal) - we refer to these as the "Prize Claim Agreement”.

If you fail to comply with our requests for Prize Claim Agreement, are found to be ineligible, or cannot or do not comply with these Official Rules, you will be disqualified, and the prize may be awarded to an alternate winner.

PRIZES/ Approximate Retail Value.

Three (3) Halara Gift Cards, each valued at 500 USD

Up to thirty (30) Halara Gift Cards, each valued at 50 USD (total number of Weekly Prizes contingent upon the number of full weeks within the Contest Period)

The total maximum value of all Prizes is approximately 3,000 USD

*Gift cards are intended for one-time use and must be redeemed by December 31, 2026.

MISCELLANEOUS.

By taking part in this Giveaway, you agree to abide by these Official Rules, including all eligibility criteria, and accept the decisions of the judges, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Giveaway.

It is of utmost importance that all the Official Rules are followed in order to be eligible for the Giveaway. Any entry materials that have been tampered with or altered will not be accepted. It is worth noting that Sponsor shall not be held responsible for lost, incomplete, damaged, or illegible entries, or for any technical issues that may arise during the entry process. This includes errors, interruptions, defects, delays, theft, unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials, or inaccurate transmission of entry information. Furthermore, Sponsor cannot be held responsible for any injury or damage to Entrant's or any other person's mobile device that may occur while participating in the Giveaway.

The Sponsor hereby retains the right to disqualify any individual from any promotion it sponsors, if and when Sponsor believes that the individual has intentionally violated the Official Rules. Furthermore, Sponsor holds the exclusive right to suspend, modify, or terminate the Giveaway if Sponsor believes that malfunction, error, disruption, or damage is impairing or will impair the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Giveaway.

Any individual who is found to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Giveaway, acting in violation of the Official Rules, acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with the intent to disrupt or undermine the legitimate operation of the Giveaway, or to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person, may be disqualified. The Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages and other remedies from any such individual to the fullest extent permitted by law.

RELEASE OF LIABILITY.

You agree that the Giveaway Entities (a) shall not be responsible or liable for, and hereby release them from, any and all costs, injuries, losses, or damages of any kind, including, without limitation, death and bodily injury, arising, either directly or indirectly, from participation in the Giveaway or any Giveaway-related activity, or from the acceptance, receipt, possession, and/or use or misuse of any prize, and (b) have not provided any warranty, representation, or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, regarding any prize, including, without limitation, its quality or fitness for a particular purpose.

By participating in the Giveaway, you agree that any disputes, claims, and causes of action related to the Giveaway or any prize awarded will be resolved individually, without resorting to any form of class action. You also agree that any claims, judgments, and awards will be limited to reasonable and actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering the Giveaway, but you will not be entitled to recover attorney's fees, except for New Jersey residents. Furthermore, you waive all rights to claim punitive, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages and any other damages, other than reasonable and actual out-of-pocket expenses. These rules and any disputes relating to them are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to principles of conflicts of laws. By entering, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts in New York for resolution of any disputes relating to the Giveaway and waive any objection to it.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY AND GIVEAWAY OPERATION INTEGRITY.

No responsibility will be assumed for any damage to your computer system or mobile device that may occur as a result of participating in the Giveaway. This includes computer system malfunctions, mobile device malfunctions, hardware malfunctions, software malfunctions, or program malfunctions, as well as other errors, failures, or delays. Please note that we cannot accept responsibility for any incomplete, illegible, misdirected, misprinted, forged, tampered with, altered, late, lost, damaged, or stolen submissions, prize notifications, or any other Giveaway materials; all of these will be considered void. Additionally, we cannot take responsibility for lost, interrupted, inaccessible, or unavailable networks, servers, satellites, Internet service providers, websites, or other connections, or for miscommunications, failed, jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected computer, telephone, or cable transmissions. We cannot be held responsible for any technical malfunctions, failures, difficulties, or other errors of any kind or nature, or for the incorrect or inaccurate capture of information, or the failure to capture any information.

The Sponsor reserves the right to amend, extend, suspend, or terminate the Giveaway, either in its entirety or partially, if it finds that the Giveaway is technically impaired or corrupted, or if it suspects any fraudulent activity, technical problems, failures, malfunctions, or other unexpected circumstances that may have impeded the integrity, administration, security, proper play, and/or feasibility of the Giveaway as envisaged herein. In the event that the Giveaway is terminated before the scheduled end date, Sponsor will (if feasible) select a winner from all eligible, non-suspect entries that remain unaffected by the problem.

WINNERS LIST: 

For a list of winners, send a written request to Sponsor, via email to marketing@halara.com with "#YourMovesYourWay Challenge Giveaway Winners List" in the subject line. All such requests must be received by July 31, 2026.

TAX RESPONSIBILITY.

As a United States resident, federal law requires a winner to pay income tax on any winnings valued at over $600 USD. The prize value is considered ‘income’ and must be reported on the winner’s tax return as taxable income. The winner is solely responsible for paying the tax, not the sponsor. If you win a prize over $600, expect the sponsor to request that you complete an IRS W9 form as a condition of acceptance of the prize. Furthermore, the sponsor is required to issue you an IRS 1099-MISC form for the Fair Market Value of the prize.

As a Canadian resident, the Canada Revenue Agency (the CRA) does not require a Giveaway prize winner to pay fees or taxes of any kind on your prize winnings.
